Return and Refund Policy

  1. Return of our product(s)

 

If you are not happy with your order, you can request a return within 5 (Five) calendar days of receiving it. Just make sure to keep the product, packaging, bill, and order details handy. You can send it back to us via a cost-effective courier company or registered post.

 

We will start processing your refund as soon as the returned product arrives at Print Rove’s warehouse and they have checked its quality.

 

It usually takes 5 (Five) to 7 (Seven) working/business days for the returned product to reach Print Rove, but it might take longer due to restrictions posed by unforseen circumstances or circumstances beyond our reasonable control including, but not limited to, force majeure events.

 

The whole refund process will take about 7 (Seven) to (Ten) 10 working/business days from the time you request it. The refund will be made to your original mode of payment with the shipping charges reduced from the original amount.

 

The above process provided for return of our products shall be subject to certain conditions:

 

  • If you want to return something, it must be unused, unwashed and still have its labels and tags, and must be returned in its original packaging with the bill copy within 5 calendar days of delivery. That way, we can make sure it is still in good condition and everything is in order.
  • If the package you receive is in poor condition, tampered with, or damaged before you open it, do not worry! Just let the delivery person know and they will take it back.
  • No Returns (in point number 1 of this Clause 1) and Replacements (point number 2 of this Clause 1) will be accepted for Custom Orders.
  • Products bought during special offers are not eligible for return or replacement.
  • If you get an incorrect or damaged product, just send us an email at ClutchThreadClothing@gmail.com with the details and we will look into it. We will get back to you as soon as we can.
  • Please don't forget to mention your contact details and Order number while sending it back to Print Rove.
  • You will have to bear the postal charges for sending your products back to Print Rove.

 

  1. Replacement of our product(s)

 

Replacement or exchange of our products is only available for the products that were delivered incorrectly, are defective, or were damaged during shipping. Just send us some evidence, like photos or videos, to ClutchThreadClothing@gmail.com and we will take a look.

 

If you want to exchange something you have received, you have 5 (Five) calendar days to let us know. Just make sure it is in the same condition you received it, with all its tags and packaging.

 

If you have received a wrong or defective product, please send us images of the product at ClutchThreadClothing@gmail.com and our customer care executive will get back to you. Print Rove will arrange for a reverse pickup.

 

If the product you ordered is not available, you can either exchange it for something else or get a refund. Just let us know which option you would prefer.

 

If the product doesn't meet the above guidelines, we won't be able to process a refund.

 

It will take about 5 (Five) to 7 (Seven) working/business days to process and ship a replacement product.

 

You can send it back to Print Rove via a cost effective courier company or registered post. You will have to bear the postal charges for sending your products back to Print Rove.

 

If the refund has to be made to the original payment method, we will need to subtract the shipping charges from the bill amount.

 

  1. Refund

 

The refund will be processed through the same mode (e.g., credit or debit card, UPI, or bank transfer) within 7 (Seven) to 10 (Ten) working/business days.
